About Me For more than two decades, I built my career in Las Vegas, Nevada, the beauty capital where perfection isn’t a goal — it’s the baseline. As a luxury spray tan artist trusted by celebrity performers, adult entertainers, and top Las Vegas Boulevard talent, I learned how to deliver flawless results under the brightest lights and the highest expectations. Today, I bring that same level of artistry and precision to Lexington, Kentucky, offering BTAN — a luxury, on‑demand spray tanning experience designed for people who want studio‑quality results without ever stepping foot in a salon. As a gay man, I’ve always created an environment where women and men feel completely comfortable, respected, and cared for. Professionalism, discretion, and genuine connection are at the heart of every appointment. My clients trust me not just for the tan — but for the experience. My work extends far beyond beauty. I am the Founder of The Baxter Busche Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to ending animal cruelty and supporting rescue organizations across the country. CANCELLATION POLICY
BTAN, LLC – Cancellation & Refund Policy Effective Immediately By scheduling an appointment with BTAN, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, credits, and fees: 1. No Refund Policy All sales are final. BTAN, LLC does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to appointment cancellations, schedule changes, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to adhere to pre‑ or post‑tan instructions. 2. Cancellation With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice Clients who cancel their scheduled appointment twenty‑four (24) hours or more prior to the appointment time will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, the client will be issued a credit for one (1) complimentary spray tan, delivered via email, which must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of issuance. Credits have no cash value and are non‑transferable. 3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Appointment Cancellations made less than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are considered a late cancellation. In the event of a late cancellation, the full-service amount will be charged to the card on file, and no credit or complimentary service will be issued. 4. No‑Show Policy Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no‑show, and the full-service amount will be charged to the card on file. No credit or complimentary service will be provided. 5. Agreement to Terms By booking an appointment, the client expressly authorizes BTAN, LLC to charge the card on file in accordance with the terms stated above and acknowledges that these policies are enforceable without exception.
